The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a 34-year-old Farmington resident following the issuance of an arrest warrant.
Deputies say that Jose Velazquez-Bernard, 34, of Farmington was arrested for seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance after he failed to appear in court for an earlier incident that happened in September.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he was held on pre-arraignment to answer the charge.
