The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Macedon man following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Deputies say they responded to Macedon Center Road for the report of family trouble. Upon arrival it was determined that Daniel J. Legler, 33, threatened to physically harm his live-in girlfriend by means of striking her with a metal curtain rod.
Legler was arrested for third-degree menacing, and second-degree harassment. He was arraigned in Walworth Town Court and released on his own recognizance.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
