Deputies in Ontario County say a Rochester woman has been charged after a theft incident at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
Catherine A. Peters, 55, of Rochester was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of stolen property after an incident that took place last week at the mall.
She is accused possessing stolen property from Footlocker and JC Penney’s valued at $69.99 and $161 respectively.
Peters was issued appearance tickets and will answer the charges at a later date.
