Police: Macedon man arrested after failing to appear

On Saturday at 4:58 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kenneth M. Nierenberger, 28, of Macedon.

In May 2017 Nierenberger was charged with Petit Larceny.

He failed to appear in court for that charge and a bench warrant was issued. As a result of the warrant Nierenberger was arrested and arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court.

He was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2000 cash bail.

He is due back in town court on December 7th, 2017, at 5:30 pm. The Seneca Falls Police Department was assisted by the Macedon Police Department.
