Don’t expect a dramatic change in the weather just yet, according to forecasters with the National Weather Service.
While there is some reason to be optimistic in the 10-day forecast, experts with the National Weather Service say that Wednesday will not be the “change day” some were hoping for.
Mainly cloudy skies will keep temperatures down early, and throughout the afternoon hours a light, chilly rain will overspread a vast majority of the region.
It will feel like November 1st with high temperatures in the low- to mid-40s for a vast majority of the region. As that rain spreads throughout — some higher elevations in the southern tier could even see snow showers mix in with that precipitation.
