The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Red Creek man, as well as a Sodus man for a robbery that took place on Centenary Rd. in Sodus.
Deputies say Ethan A. Kiesinger, 19, of Red Creek and James Burton, 19, of Sodus were arrested following the report that the duo had committed a robbery at gunpoint.
The weapon recovered was an imitation AK-47 ‘Airsoft’ rifle. Both were charged with second-degree robbery, second-degree menacing, fourth-degree conspiracy and petit larceny.
Both were arraigned in Sodus Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail on $5,000 cash bail.
The duo will appear at a later date for a preliminary hearing.
