Employees at Waterloo Premium Outlets on State Rt. 318 tell us that a power outage was caused by a downed pole, which was reported around 3 pm.
Multiple stores were forced to cease operation temporarily, as crews worked to correct the issue.
According to NYSEG, more than 70 customers were without power in Seneca County, but all of the outages were in Junius.
