The Cayuga Nation dispute over town property to be transferred from one tribal faction to another is headed back to court.
In arguments slated for 10 a.m. Oct. 17 in state Supreme Court of Seneca County, the Unity Council will request that the transfer of the following places to a Clint Halftown-led group be put on hold:
• The LakeSide Trading convenience store and gas station on Route 89.
• Cayuga Nation headquarters on Route 89.
• A cannery facility on Route 89.
