Lakeside Engineering and their client, Ed Zukowski, a regional developer, who owns a number of local rental properties — unveiled plans this week to renovate a significant structure in Seneca Falls.
Residents have noticed construction taking place at a former church near the also-former Wescott Rule property. The structure, which was used for a variety of purposes over the years on a temporary basis — will become housing.
As construction is underway, the exact timeline is not clear. Robert G. Harner, President of Lakeside Engineering said “a lot of work” has gone into the project to get to the construction phase.
