The Geneva Police Department conducted a search warrant on Avenue B Thursday morning around 9:14 a.m., in an investigation into drug sales out of a basement apartment.
Luis Pablo Soto-Burgos AKA “Kaco”, 43 , was arrested by Geneva Police as the result of a search warrant that found a large amount of cocaine in the apartment.
Police charged Soto-Burgos with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the third degree. There are additional felony charges pending, according to Geneva Police.
