The Town Board will meet in special session Thursday to discuss the site plan modification application and subdivision and site plan application submitted for the del Lago Resort & Casino on Route 414.
In July, the owners of the $440 million facility submitted a site plan application for the development of a Hilton Garden Inn Hotel to be built at the casino site. The builder would be the Indus Hospitality Group and the hotel would be located at the south end of the del Lago property at the eastern end of the existing building.
A separate application has been submitted to the town Planning Board for the subdivision of 1.49 acres from the larger parcel of 84.9 acres. The proposed hotel would be a six-story building with 150 to 180 rooms, banquet facilities, pool and restaurant.
