Deputies in Ontario County report an accident, which happened on Friday around 3:16 pm on State Route 5&20 at County Rd. 6.
Malcolm Russ, 25, of Stanley struck the south side curb on Rt. 5&20 as he was traveling east, approaching County Rd. 6, and after striking it — his vehicle re-entered the roadway and hit an F-150 operated by Roger Miles, of Rochester.
Russ’ vehicle sustained damage, and the airbags deployed as result of the impact. Deputies say that he was transported to Geneva General Hospital by Finger Lakes Ambulance for minor injuries.
Miles was uninjured, according to deputies.
White Springs Fire assisted at the scene, and Russ was ticketed for following too close.
