A Waterloo man faces assorted DWI charges after deputies observed him speeding in Waterloo.
Deputies say Michael S. Rooney, 39, of Waterloo was arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated, and speed in zone after a traffic stop.
Rooney is accused of being observed speeding, before deputies were able to stop him. Deputies say that Rooney was traveling at a high rate of speed in the Village of Waterloo — traveling west.
All of the charges will be answered in Waterloo Village Court.
