A Rochester woman was charged with driving while intoxicated, according to deputies, after she was found passed out in her vehicle at a business in Tyre.
Lydiana Arroyo, 34, of Rochester was charged with driving while intoxicated after she was found passed out inside her vehicle, which had suffered heavy damage.
Deputies say that Arroyo was found to have been operating the vehicle on a flat tire. At that point, deputies say that the vehicle was being operated on nothing but the rim of the wheel.
She was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent or greater, driving on a permit, open container and was also issued an appearance ticket for possessing a controlled substance outside the original prescription container.
All of the charges will be answered in Tyre Town Court.
