See you later alligator? Not so fast.
For the second time in a month, an alligator was captured in the Broome County village of Whitney Point on Monday, according to Animal Adventure Park and New York Department of Environmental Conservation.
The DEC captured the animal about a quarter mile north from the area where the first one was caught on July 29. This new one measured 45 inches in length, according to Animal Adventure Park.
Just like the first one, the alligator will enter a 7-10 day quarantine period and then be placed on exhibit.
