‘Night Out’ coming to Seneca Falls Community Center on Aug. 2

Local law enforcement will be participating in “National Night Out,” which serves as an opportunity for residents in Seneca County to meet the law enforcement who keep the streets safe.

National Night Out is an annual community-building campaign that promotes police-community partnership and neighborhood camaraderie to make neighborhoods safer, better places to live.

The event will be held in and outside the Seneca Falls Community Center at 35 Water St. from 5 pm to 7 pm on Wednesday, August 2nd.

A variety of events will be held that day, and a free family-friendly movie will be played inside the Community Center at 7 pm.

The movie “Zootopia” will be shown and suggested donations of paper towels, bleach, cat litter, animal treats, and pet toys for local animal shelters.
