A downstate New York company’s acquisition of Auburn Armature is complete.
Power-Flo Technologies purchased the assets of Auburn Armature, an electrical distribution firm, following AAI’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy filing in May. The filing came on the same day the company announced that it would be sold to Power-Flo, which is based in New Hyde Park, New York.
The bankruptcy process required Auburn Armature to seek other bids for the company’s assets. No other bids were received and a federal bankruptcy court approved the sale of the company to AAI Acquisition LLC, a subsidiary of Power-Flo Technologies.
Auburn Armature will now be referred to as AAI, a Power-Flo Technologies company.
