The Maguire Family of Dealerships once viewed the Carpenter Business Park property near Cayuga Lake as the future site of a multi-outlet facility that included a restaurant.
Those plans changed last November when the City of Ithaca blocked Maguire from moving forward. With plans for the supercenter now moving forward at an alternate site, Maguire announced it has sold Carpenter Business Park to Cayuga Medical Center, the region’s largest health care network. The park is located on Route 13 between Cascadilla and Third streets.
