On Thursday at 7:56 pm deputies responded to 13 Concord Park in Naples for a reported disturbance between multiple individuals.
Upon investigation it was determined that a domestic fight had occurred between Jesse James Lee, 43, and Tea Leann Lee, 22, both of Naples with a child involved.
Both were taken into custody, and Jesse Lee is accused of endangering the welfare of a child and criminal obstruction of breathing.
Teah Lee is accused of endangering the welfare of a child.
Both individuals were issued appearance tickets to answer the charges.
