On Saturday at approximately 1:28 am deputies in Ontario County arrested a Marion man for driving while intoxicated after he was found to be operating the vehicle under the influence of alcohol.
Deputies say Ryan P. Dailey, 30, of Marion was stopped for failing to keep right northbound on Route 21 in Manchester when it was determined that he was intoxicated.
Authorities say they then learned that Dailey had three license suspensions, which made the aggravated unlicensed operation charge a felony.
He will appear in Manchester Town Court to answer the charge.
