The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on May 12th an Ovid man was charged with felony criminal mischief after an altercation, which took place in the Town of Romulus.
Deputies say that Robert P. Carrol, 26, of Ovid was charged on May 12th at 11:30 pm with third-degree criminal mischief – a felony after an altercation in Romulus where he allegedly damaged property.
The damage was estimated at more than $250.
He was committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility and will answer the charges at a later date.
