‘Cuse survives and advances to NCAA quarterfinals (full coverage)

And then there were eight… The No. 2 Syracuse men’s lacrosse team (13-2) didn’t make it look pretty on Sunday night. But thanks to a stout performance in net from senior goaltender Evan Molloy and more late game heroics – this time it was Stephen Rehfuss who delivered the game-winner – the Orange are on to the NCAA Quarterfinals after defeating No. 15 Yale (10-6), 11-10.

Syracuse will play Towson on Sunday, May 21 at Noon in Newark, Delaware. That game will be televised on ESPN2. More at Cuse.com
