On Thursday March 30th at 7:32 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Sandra L. Brignall, 40, of Waterloo following a traffic stop on Fall St.
Brignall’s vehicle was observed making an improper left-hand turn then crossing the center line. Following the traffic stop Brignall was arrested for driving while ability impaired by drugs, a misdemeanor.
After being processed, she was released on tickets. Brignall is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on April 17th, 2017 at 6:00 pm.
