An Auburn woman was arrested and charged with second-degree identity theft for illegally withdrawing funds from another person's bank account, New York State police said.
Patricia A. Bort, of 40 Center St., was charged March 17 with the class E felony. According to a press release, on Nov. 3, 2016, the 33-year-old used a KeyBank ATM in Fulton to withdraw funds from someone else's account without their permission.
