State Police are investigating anti-Semitic graffiti found carved into playground equipment at Ludlowville Park in Lansing.
On Thursday morning Karen Armstrong and Lynn Green went to see if they could help clean it up. Armstrong and Green help design playgrounds for Parkitects and could not believe someone would bring messages and
symbols of hate to a place where the community comes together.
“It is just sad that a small community park where mostly kids are coming to play have to be exposed to … I don’t even know what to call it,” said Armstrong.
The Town of Lansing parks and recreation department has already sanded off some of the worst graffiti including swastikas and profanity.
