A businessman whose company is less than two miles away from an iconic Seneca County landmark now owns it.
2022 Routes 5&20, a limited liability corporation headed by Waterloo Container Co. owner Bill Lutz, bought the vacant, windmill-adorned building and the Seneca County Chamber of Commerce structure at that address Thursday afternoon. The sale price was $185,000.
The Chamber occupies the newer of the two buildings.
