Deputies in Ontario County say they arrested a Walworth man after he was observed weaving in a vehicle on State Route 364 in Gorham.
Ian T. Ellison, 27, of Walworth was arrested after he was observed weaving within the lane and crossing the center line on Route 364. Ellison was found to be intoxicated and taken into custody after the traffic stop.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he submitted to a breath test. He was issued traffic tickets for aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right and uninspected motor vehicle.
All of the charges will be answered at a later date in Gorham Town Court.
