Deputies in Wayne County arrested Charles E. Jones, 56, of Sodus for aggravated driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop.
Jones was subsequently arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated with a blood-alcohol content of .28, driving while intoxicated, driving without headlights, failure to keep right, driving across hazard markings, speeding, failure to comply to emergency vehicle and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle.
Jones was released on traffic tickets and will appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
