A Palmyra man was arrested over the weekend after deputies say he was accused of sexually abusing a child.
Deputies in Wayne County say that Zane Rampulla, 19, of Palmyra is accused of attempting to have sexual contact with a child less than 11-years-old.
He allegedly took all of his clothing off during the incident.
The investigation revealed that Rampulla had engaged in a similar incident two years ago, where he allegedly made the child touch his private parts.
Rampulla was charged with first-degree sexual abuse, first-degree attempted sexual abuse, and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
He was remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of $10,000 cash bail or $20,000 secured bond. His next court appearance was not specified.
