The Seneca Falls Police Department will be hosting a “Fill the Cruiser Toy Drive,” which will be the first of it’s kind.
The first annual installment of this toy drive, sponsored by the Seneca Falls Police Department will be taking place at the Century 21 Steve Davoli Real Estate Office parking lot located at 2 Cayuga Street on Saturday from 10 am until 12:30 pm. In a press release over the weekend the force asked residents and those wishing to donate a new, unused, and unwrapped toy to visit the drive.
Members of the Seneca Falls Police Department will also be available for photos inside the cruiser and with local law enforcement.
For those who would like to donate, but are unable to make it out to the event, the department says that several drop off locations have been established. The Seneca Falls Visitor Center, Century 21, the Seneca Falls Community Center, Waterloo Walmart, and the Seneca Falls Police Department. The event is run in collaboration with the It’s a Wonderful Life Committee, MIX 98.5, the Child Advocacy Center of the Finger Lakes and Century 21 Steve Davoli Real Estate.
Every donation will help local families in need, as donations will be going to families in Seneca County.
