A pair of Syracuse residents were arrested in Watkins Glen after an incident at a restaurant on December 2nd.
Officers say that Nicolas G. Pudney, 45, and Cristina A. Pontello, 44, of Syracuse were arrested on December 2nd after an investigation into an altercation, which took place at a restaurant in Watkins Glen.
The pair was charged with third-degree assault and will answer the charges in Watkins Glen Village Court.
