A 43-year-old Rochester man was arrested after a traffic stop, where he was found to be in possession of drugs on County Road 37 in West Bloomfield.
Deputies in Ontario County say that DJ Johnson, 43, of Rochester was stopped after failing to dim his high beams for oncoming traffic. When deputies stopped Johnson he was arrested for aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the second degree, after they learned that he had a suspended license in Virginia. He was recently convicted of aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree in New York.
He was also found to be in possession of a controlled substance, which resulted in him being arrested for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree. Johnson was transported to the Ontario County Jail and was issued appearance tickets.
