Four sent to the hospital after crash in Manchester

Four people were sent to the hospital on Friday afternoon after an accident in the Town of Manchester.

The accident occurred at the intersection of County Road 7 and Armington Road in the Town of Manchester. Deputies say that April Hubert, 35, of Clifton Springs was traveling south on County Road 7 when Justin Kramer, 21, of Newark pulled out in front of her at the intersection of Armington Road.

Kramer was transported to Newark Wayne Hospital by Finger Lakes Ambulance and Hurbert — as well as her two passengers Allana and Drake Hurbert were transported to Clifton Springs Hospital via Port Gibson Ambulance.

Deputies say that Kramer was issued a citation for failure to yield the right of way at a stop sign. He’ll answer the charge at a later date in Manchester Town Court.
