Ovid man arrested on drug charges by Seneca Co. Narcotics Unit

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports, on November 3rd the Narcotics Unit arrested Curtis E Limner, 37, of Ovid for criminal possession of a controlled substance in the seventh degree and aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree.

Investigators found Limner driving with a revoked license and upon further investigation found Limner to be in possession of a quantity of heroin while in the Village of Waterloo. Limner was arraigned in the Town Of Tyre court and was committed to the Seneca County Jail on $500 cash bail or $1,000 secure bond.

Limner is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on November 16th to answer to the charges.
