An Auburn man is accused of trashing a room at a motel in Mexico that he was living in, according to the Oswego County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies say 64-year-old John Batuk, of Auburn, has been charged with third-degree criminal mischief. Those charges come after an investigation into an incident at the La Siesta Motel in Mexico that occurred at some point between October 21st and October 28th, according to the Sheriff’s Office.
