A former teacher's aide admitted sending material of a sexual nature a 15-year-old student earlier this year. Nicole Green, of Oswego County, pleaded guilty Tuesday to one count of first-degree disseminating indecent material to a minor, a class D felony punishable by up to seven years in prison. The 23-year-old told Judge Mark Fandrich that she sent a picture of her "naked breast" to a student in April while she was working as a part-time teacher's aide for the Red Creek School District.
