Geneva man charged with trespassing at Ferrara Lumber

On October 9th at 4:00 am members of the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Joshua D. Mastin, 27, of Geneva for criminal trespass in the third degree.

The arrest stems from an investigation into a burglary alarm at Ferrara Lumber on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls where police discovered Mastin inside the business at which time business was closed.

Mastin was released on an appearance ticket and will appear in the Seneca Falls Town Court on October 24, 2016 at 6:00 pm to answer to the charge.
