A husband and wife were arrested on a variety of charges after an investigation into requests made by Troy R. Daggert, 48, of East Bloomfield between the dates of April 7th and 22nd of this year.
Deputies in Ontario County say that Troy and Crystal Daggert were charged with criminal contempt in the first degree, endangering the welfare of a child, tampering with witness in the fourth degree, and criminal solicitation in the fourth degree.
The charges stem from Troy’s request of Crystal to speak to a 15-year-old witness and have her change a statement she had made against him. The witness had a stay away order of protection against him following an incident which occurred on April 7th.
