One of downtown Auburn's free on-street parking areas will soon be changed with the installation of new parking meters. The Auburn City Council voted Thursday to establish meters on both sides of Seminary Avenue between Genesee Street and the Arterial. Eight meters will be on the road's west side with another five along the east.
