Deputies in Ontario County say that a Canadice man was arrested on Thursday following an investigation into a domestic incident.
Deputies say that Carlton Herring, 42, of Canadice was charged with endangering the welfare of a child after pushing a female victim in the presence of a child. He was arraigned in Canadice Town Court and was released after a stay away order of protection was issued on behalf of the victim.
Herring will answer the charges in court at a later date, according to deputies.
