A Seneca County man was charged with a variety of felony charges after an investigation into a domestic incident, according to Seneca County Deputies.
Deputies say that on August 10, at approximately 4:30 pm deputies arrested Steven T. Grillone, 29, of Seneca Falls on several criminal charges. He was charged with burglary in the second degree โ a Class C felony, four counts of endangering the welfare of a child, reckless endangerment, attempted assault in the third degree, and criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation โ which are misdemeanors.
Authorities say the charges stem from a domestic dispute which occurred at a residence in the Town of Waterloo, in which Grillone is accused of breaking into the residence โ assaulting a female in the presence of a 4-year-old.
He was detained on $5,000 cash bail, or $10,000 insurance bond and will answer the charges in Covert Town Court at a later date. The condition of the victim is unknown at this time.
