Seneca Falls man charged with welfare fraud

On Tuesday the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office Investigators arrested Victor I Abadom, age 24 of Seneca Falls, on two counts of offering a false instrument for filing in the First Degree.

The charges stem from an investigation into Abadom receiving public benefits and allegedly not disclosing his income to Seneca County.

Abadom was arraigned in the Fayette Town Court and released on his own recognizance. He is to reappear in the Waterloo Village Court on August 17 at 5 pm.
