On Monday the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Alexes Provorse, age 20 of Seneca Falls, for endangering the welfare of a child and criminal contempt in the 2nd. Provorse was arrested following an incident where her 2 year old child was found unattended at a playground near her residence. She is also accused of violating an order of protection which protects the 2 year old child.
Provorse was released on an appearance ticket and is to appear in Seneca Falls Town Court on August 15 at 6:00 pm for arraignment.
