A site plan review of the proposed Dunkin’ Donuts store planned for Tyre is the only agenda item for the Seneca County Planning Board when it meets at 7 pm Thursday. The previously reviewed site plan for 1781 Route 318 has been modified and resubmitted. The new plan calls for two additional business locations at the rear of the building and access modifications required by the state Department of Transportation.
