Dundee man arrested for DWI in Seneca Falls

On Thursday the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Damien J. Kirkey, age 25 of Dundee, for DWI, operating a motor vehicle with BAC .08 or more, aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the third degree, failed to yield the right of way, and drinking alcohol in a motor vehicle following a traffic stop on West Bayard Street in the Town of Seneca Falls.

Kirkey was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1000 cash/ $2000 secured bond. Kirkey is to reappear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on 09/01/16 at 5pm to answer the charges.
