A Marion man was charged with criminal contempt after he violated a stay away order of protection in Wayne County.Joshua D. Barber, 32, of Marion was charged with criminal contempt in the second degree. He was arrested for allegedly violating a stay away order of protection.Barber was arraigned in Marion Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail in lieu of bail. He is scheduled to appear in Marion Town Court at a later date to answer the charge.
