The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Geneva man was charged with DWI on Friday morning. Deputies say that they arrested Trevor E. Bogart, 26, of Geneva for driving while intoxicated following a traffic stop. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, speeding, and window tint. He will appear in Canandaigua Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
