On Thursday at approximately 4:25 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Michael S. Vailencourt, age 42 of Canandaigua, for aggravated unlicensed operation in the second degree and failure to keep right following a traffic stop on East Bayard Street Ext in the Town of Seneca Falls. During the stop it was discovered that Vailencourt’s driving privileges in NYS were suspended a total of eight times for failure to answer summons. Vailencourt was arraigned in the Town of Seneca Falls Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility on $500 cash / $1,000 bond. Vailencourt is to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on April 13th at 9:00 am.
