On Wednesday, February 24th at approximately 12:11 am the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Palmyra man was arrested for DWI following a domestic disturbance call.Thomas Gleason, 57, of Palmyra was charged with DWI following a domestic disturbance call where Gleason’s wife reported an argument as they were traveling on State Route 21 in the Town of Manchester.Deputies located the vehicle near Miner Road and Gleason was allegedly found to be operating his vehicle in an intoxicated condition. He was transported to the Ontario County Jail where he refused to submit to a chemical test.He was held on pre-arraignment detention. Gleason will appear in Manchester Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
