On Saturday at 2:53 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Carrie A. Austin, age 25 of 52 Church Street in Waterloo, for driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI .18 or more, and drove across hazard markings. Austin was located passed out behind the wheel of her vehicle with the engine running on Peterman Road in the Town of Seneca Falls. Police observed that Austin had driven her vehicle into a ditch on Peterman Road prior to being located by police. Austin was released on UTT’s and is to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court March 3rd at 5 pm.
